Due to all data we hold being used for tax purposes, in most cases we are unable to delete you from our systems.  However should you ask us to remove and we’re unable to, we will safeguard your data to prevent details being passed on to any service agents.

We will only ever share your details with service agents in the event of a repair being needed, the service agent will only use this data to contact you regarding their estimated time of arrival to carry out the repair.
